How many credits do I need?

You can see exactly how many credits are needed to get all your respondents by viewing your Credit Insights.

We use the following formula to determine the number of credits needed to get all the respondents for your survey:

(Number of respondents) x (Minutes to complete survey) = Number of credits

For example, if your survey takes others 5 minutes to answer and you need 50 respondents, you’ll have to earn 250 credits.

Good to know: You can also see the number of credits needed by going to your Credit Insights on your dashboard.
