1. Visit "Buy Credits": Start by going to the "Buy Credits" section from your dashboard.
2. Select Your Survey: Choose the survey for which you'd like to purchase respondents.
3. Choose a Package: We offer three package options. The All-inclusive package always provides the exact number of respondents needed to complete your survey. Alternatively, you can select a custom number of respondents by clicking "Select custom amount of respondents" below the package offers. Simply adjust the slider to specify your preferred number of respondents.
4. Buy respondents: Confirm your purchase, and you'll be on your way to getting the responses you need in less time.

How many respondents can I buy?

You can buy as many respondents as you like. However, if you’d like to buy the exact number of respondents for your survey, simply go to the Buy Credits section on your dashboard. After selecting the survey you’d like to buy respondents for, you’ll see the exact number of respondents needed to complete your survey in our “All Inclusive” offer.
