How do I use the boost function?

To activate BOOST for your survey, follow these 3 easy steps:

1. Navigate to your Dashboard.
2. Click on "My Surveys" and find the survey you want to boost.
3. Look for the 'boost survey' button on the lower right of your survey's information and toggle it on.

BOOST will now be active for your survey, doubling its attractiveness to potential respondents. It remains active for 24 hours, during which time you can expect faster response rates. Want to deactivate BOOST before the 24-hour period ends? Simply follow the same 3 steps and toggle the 'boost survey' button off.

How does BOOST work?

The BOOST function increases your survey's appeal, helping you gather respondents faster. When you activate BOOST, your survey becomes twice as attractive to potential respondents, increasing your chances of getting quicker responses.

(NOTE: Activating BOOST will consume twice the number of credits per respondent.)
