What are credits?

Credits are the “currency” SurveySwap works with. You need credits to get respondents for your survey.

You can see and keep track of your credits by navigating to your dashboard and clicking on Credit Insights.

What are credits worth?

One credit is worth one minute of time needed to complete a survey.

In other words, if your survey takes five minutes to answer, you’ll need five credits for each respondent you get. On the flip side, you’ll get five credits for every five-minute survey you complete. 

Whenever you get a survey response, it’ll cost you credits. If your credit balance is too low, your survey will be offline and other SurveySwappers won’t be able to see or answer it. 

Why swap credits and not surveys?

Some surveys take longer to answer than others, which makes one-for-one survey exchanges unfair. Imagine having to spend 15 minutes answering one survey, while another user only has to spend five.

Our one-credit-per-minute system keeps exchanges fair.
