Do I need credits?
Yes, you do :) Credits are the “currency” on our platform. To get responses to your survey, you need credits.
If your credit balance is too low, your survey will be offline and other SurveySwappers won’t be able to see or answer it.
How many credits do I need?
One credit is worth one minute of answering surveys. You can use the following formula to determine the number of credits needed to get all the respondents for your survey:
(Number of respondents) x (Minutes to complete survey) = Number of credits
For example, if your survey takes others 5 minutes to answer and you need 50 respondents, you’ll have to earn 250 credits.
Good to know: Once you set up your survey, we’ll show you exactly how many credits are needed to get all your respondents. You can keep track of this number under Credit Insights on your dashboard.
How can I get credits?
Credits are either earned through taking surveys of other users or buying them via our shop.
